Our Works

Lambert Engineering and Construction Services started with very humble beginnings before we were the multi-million dollar corporation that we are today.  I have always said, “If you want to see know someone’s heart just looking where they spend their money.”  As we have been blessed by our success, (and learned from our failure) we have maintained an instuitional value to not work simply to gain possessions, but “whatever [we] do, whether in word or deed, [we] do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him (Colossians 3:17).”

By doing so, and remaining faithful to this principle I will attest that in the past seven years we have been blessed beyond my wildest imagination!!  It is truly humbling.  Of course it has been hard, everything we have accomplished has come at great risk, but it has been a joy!  All along that journey we made a commitment to pass on that joy by donating our time, talent, and treasure to the wonderful organizations on this page and there is story behind every one of them.

Some of these organizations we patron every day, while others helped us out during brief periods of our lives, some are the reason we now have some of the excellent staff.  Therefore we will happily work diligently in our vocation, spread the Good News when given the opportunity, and continue to sponsor these organizations whenever and wherever we can. Please click on the names below and explore these organizations, you never know where that one click may lead.

Solecare for souls

SoleCare for Souls (SoleCare) began with a vision placed in the heart of one woman, in October 2005. That vision became reality in May 2006 when Kathy Jo began providing free medical foot care at one location in south Minneapolis. In November 2007, SoleCare grew to include a second location and now has a team of foot care providers and assistants giving foot care at various locations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area

SoleCare promotes health and hope through  provision of free medical foot care for people experiencing homelessness and/or living in under-resourced conditions.

Union Gospel Mission

UGM Twin Cities is a Christian ministry dedicated to serving people who are struggling with homelessness, poverty, and addiction in our community. Since 1902, the Mission has been helping men, women and children rebuild their lives – physically, emotionally, spiritually and educationally.

The Mission helps people rebuild their lives by providing safe shelter, nutritious foodmedical and dental care, and a broad variety of life-changing programs for children and adults.

Our goal is to encourage each person to value themselves as God values them, to see the gifts they have to offer the world, and to help them seek out a bright future as a fully contributing member of our community.
